A Letter From The Global Butcher
We didn’t start The Global Butcher to sell the cheapest meat online.
We started it because we were tired of food being treated like a commodity instead of fuel. Tired of shortcuts being normalized. Tired of quality being optional.
We are a veteran-owned company, and we bring that mindset into everything we do—standards matter, details matter, and cutting corners has consequences. We’ve seen firsthand what happens when systems prioritize convenience over outcomes, and we refuse to accept that mindset when it comes to food.
We’re also tired of the chemical-heavy, overly processed, unhealthy status quo that has become normal. Food shouldn’t require a chemistry degree to understand. Protein shouldn’t come with a warning label or a list of additives longer than the cut itself.
Protein matters.
What you put into your body matters.
How it’s sourced, handled, and shipped matters.
That’s why we work with trusted suppliers, accept higher costs when standards demand it, and refuse to cut corners just to make things cheaper or faster.
We’re not for everyone.
We’re for people who care what they eat and understand that better inputs lead to better outcomes.
If that’s you, welcome.
We built this for you.
