When is my order fulfilled?

All orders are fulfilled only after payment is successfully received and confirmed.

Because our products are sourced and shipped directly from trusted suppliers, fulfillment does not begin while payment is pending, under review, or declined. Once payment clears, your order enters processing and shipping based on supplier schedules.

Why don’t you ship before payment clears?

We ship perishable goods that require temperature-controlled handling.

Beginning fulfillment before payment confirmation creates inventory issues, shipping waste, and risks product integrity. Payment confirmation ensures accuracy, freshness, and proper cold-chain handling from start to finish.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and reflect real supplier and carrier fees.

These costs may include:

  • Insulated packaging

  • Cold packs or dry ice

  • Temperature-controlled handling

  • Carrier fees for perishable delivery

We do not inflate shipping charges or hide them inside product pricing.

Do you make money on shipping?

Because fulfillment begins shortly after payment confirmation, order changes or cancellations may not be possible.

What is considered normal and acceptable on delivery?

The following are normal and not considered defects:

  • Minor thawing during transit

  • Melted ice packs

  • Condensation inside packaging

  • Natural variation in cut size, color, or marbling

We sell real food—not factory-standardized replicas.

What happens if my payment fails?

Orders with pending, failed, or incomplete payments will not be processed or shipped.

Once payment is corrected and successfully confirmed, the order will move into fulfillment.
