These Shipping Terms & Conditions (“Shipping Terms”) govern the shipment and delivery of products purchased from The Global Butcher (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these Shipping Terms in full.

1. Fulfillment After Payment Confirmation

All orders are fulfilled only after payment is successfully received and confirmed.

Orders with pending, failed, reversed, or disputed payments will not enter fulfillment and may be delayed or canceled at our discretion. Fulfillment does not begin until payment confirmation is complete.

2. Shipping Territory

We ship within the United States only, to locations where our suppliers can reasonably maintain product integrity.

Some products may not be available for shipment to certain locations due to:

Temperature constraints
Carrier limitations
Supplier restrictions

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and reflect actual supplier and carrier fees required to ship perishable goods safely.

These costs may include:

Insulated packaging
Cold packs or dry ice
Temperature-controlled handling
Carrier fees for perishable delivery

We do not inflate shipping charges or hide shipping costs within product pricing.

4. Shipping Methods & Timing

Shipping methods and delivery timeframes vary by product, supplier, destination, and external conditions.

Any delivery estimates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, delivery timing and delays are the responsibility of the carrier.

5. Risk of Loss & Title

Title to and risk of loss for products pass to the customer upon tender of the shipment to the carrier.

The Global Butcher is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by:

Shipping carriers
Weather events
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
Delivery attempts when no one is available to receive the package
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

6. Temperature-Controlled Delivery Conditions

Many products are shipped frozen or temperature-controlled.

It is normal and acceptable for orders to arrive with:

Melted ice packs
Condensation inside packaging
Products that are partially thawed but cold to the touch

These conditions do not constitute damage or defect and do not qualify for refunds or chargebacks.

7. Customer Responsibilities Upon Delivery

Customers are responsible for:

Monitoring tracking information
Ensuring timely receipt of deliveries
Opening packages promptly upon delivery
Properly storing products immediately after receipt

Failure to receive, open, or store products in a timely manner may compromise product quality and is not the responsibility of The Global Butcher.

8. Damaged or Compromised Shipments

If an order arrives visibly damaged or unsafe for consumption, customers must:

Contact us promptly after delivery
Provide clear photos of the packaging and product
Retain the product until instructed

Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund at our discretion.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

The Global Butcher is not responsible for:

Orders shipped to incorrect addresses
Delays caused by address errors
Lost or undeliverable packages due to customer-provided information

10. Weather & Carrier Delays

Weather events, carrier disruptions, or regional delays may impact delivery timing. These delays are outside our control and do not constitute grounds for refunds or chargebacks.

11. No Shipping Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific delivery dates or times. Shipping services are provided by third-party carriers, and performance is subject to their terms and conditions.

12. Acceptance of Shipping Terms

By completing checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Shipping Terms & Conditions, along with our Terms & Conditions, Payment Terms, and Returns & Refunds Policy.
